Binge
(Indulge) 1-2 meals per week.  Really.  Eat all of the shitty food you can stuff in your face.  You&#8217;ll get so sick that you&#8217;ll remember why you want to eat better.   Better to Indulge in 1 or 2 meals (not days) than binge for a week.
