Brad,
Are you a sports fan? I am, and I watch Sportscenter every AM and PM. For all of the football highlights and every commercial break during ESPN's presentation of Monday Night Football, they had Zeppelin cranked in the background. They were showing highlights of big hits and laying Black Dog over it. Thought of you my fellow Zep-head. great posts BTW.

Well, the real point of studies is that the "common sense" is as often wrong as it is right. Just a short time ago it was "common sense", even medical knowledge, that tonsils should be deleted and margarine was good for you. It took a lot of studies to finally dispel these "common sense" "facts". Such examples are all too common (vitamin C as a cold cure?). So let's go easy on the scientists, they're doing their best.

Thank you for this post Brad. Because of your persistence (read: ass-kicking) I have improved my diet tremendously. One thing I have converted to without any trouble is organic dairy. It's amazing how much better I and everyone in my family feels by drinking organic milk.

I live in the middle of nowhere (NW Iowa), so it is extremely difficult to find organic food. I have to drive an hour just to get to the co-op/natural foods store. It is worth it, though. Shame on anyone who lives in a metropolitan area and doesn't take advantage of the easy access to organic food. If only............

Good Stuff Brad. Common sense is not something I often see in today's world, especially in the training world. That is why it is in our hands to educate our people with quality, real information. This is a good piece
