You could definitely put your feet through the ring loops...however, there is very little leverage for you to do exercises like you can on the TRX such as mountain climbers/tucks/pikes/etc...  Very difficult, but could be done.

I like that the rings are half the price, and I dislike the way the TRX straps rub against my body when I do pushups.  I like the simpler use of the TRX and the way it can mount in a door.</description>
