Fat Loss Mistake #1
Poor Exercise Selection and Sequence
To lose fat and build lean muscle, your workouts need to include exercises that engage as many muscle groups as possible. These are called compound exercises. If your workouts primarily consist of numerous bicep curls, leg extensions, tricep kick backs or other single joint movements especially working out on machines – you are NOT getting the most out of your fat loss program or your workout. Once you pick the RIGHT EXERCISES, you need to include them into your training routine in the right order and at the right intensity. This will lead to rapid fat loss!
Fat Loss Mistake #2
Lack of Intensity
If you are spending 1 ½ to 2 hours in the gym every day to lose fat, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. There is no way you can train for that long at a high intensity. Certain exercises and movements performed in the right way WILL improve posture and if you improve your posture, you will become more effecient at burning excess body fat. You have to lift and exercise with the proper form to make sure you avoid getting injured and avoid building compensations that shorten muscle and other soft tissue structures. These things create BAD POSTURE and eventually lead to injuries.

My name is Brad Nelson and I am Minnesota's #1 Body Transformation Specialist.

I started in the fat loss industry in 1999...over a decade ago. I started in the typical big box gym where using toys as exercise equipment was highly encouraged.
Out of my own disgust and personal search for better training methods, I stumbled upon a little-known tool in 2003. This little-known tool looks like a bowling ball with a handle...the Russian Kettlebell. I was so excited the first time I used a kettlebell, I went home and immediately signed up for the Russian Kettlebell Certification with Pavel Tsatsouline...the MOST ELITE Russian Kettlebell Certification in the world!
September 2003 changed my life forever. Finally, I started to learn how to build lean muscle and accelerate fat loss. Not with endless sets of machine leg extensions and bicep curls, but instead with free weight, ground-based, compound exercises! The Russian Kettlebell became my secret fat-loss weapon. It literally melted fat off my current clients like ice cream hitting asphalt on a 98-degree summer day. I immediately wanted to share my new-found knowledge with more people and make a difference in their lives. That was my passion. And now I am best known as the "Human Billboard Creator."
